ORDER TERMS
We recommend that you read the following ordering conditions before making a purchase!
1. General information
The conditions apply to the purchase of products in the standard selection in the www.annelitammikjewellery.com online store environment and to the legal relationships arising when ordering custom-made products. The Seller (Haamer & Viil OÜ, reg. no. 14944928,

info@annelitammik.com) and the Buyer (natural or legal person who made the purchase or order).
In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products via the online store are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia.
The product prices of the e-shop are presented in euros and include the VAT of 22% applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
The seller has the right to change the order conditions of the online store. The conditions valid at the time of the transaction are applied to the transaction.
2. How to choose products in the Anneli Tammik Ehted online store
The products are divided into collections.
Choose a suitable collection and browse the products. Measurements, material, finish, price and delivery time are indicated for each product.
The photos are illustrative, but give a good idea of the product. If necessary, ask us for additional information.
Depending on the screen settings of the digital device, there may be differences in the colors of the products.
When you have found a suitable product, select the desired product, finish and quantity, mark special requests if necessary and place the product in the shopping cart by pressing the “ADD TO CART” button.
You can get an overview of the contents of the shopping cart from the mini shopping cart on the right side of the website header, which shows the number of selected products and the total amount.
Proceed from there by clicking the cart button.
In the shopping cart, you can see the details of the selected products, check the order, delete products if necessary, add content to the shopping cart, and choose the appropriate mode of transport.
3. Purchase transaction and payment
To make a purchase, open the shopping cart, choose a shipping method and continue.
Provide correct information about the customer and the delivery, confirm the transport and read and agree to the terms of the order.
If you want an invoice for the company, fill in the required fields. After entering the data and confirming the order, the purchase is considered completed.
You can pay:
immediately with a bank link through the Maksekeskus system (SEB, Swedbank, LHV Pank, Luminor/Nordea, COOP Pank, POCOpay);
by bank transfer based on the invoice to Haamer & Viil OÜ’s bank account. You can find the necessary details on the invoice sent to the e-mail you indicated.
When paying by bank transfer, be sure to indicate the invoice number in the explanation.
NB! In order to speed up the delivery when paying by bank transfer, we ask you to send the payment confirmation to our e-mail anneli.tammik@gmail.com – this will speed up the order fulfillment process. There is no need to send a confirmation when paying with a bank link!
The order will be fulfilled after receipt of the invoice.
Haamer & Viil OÜ has the right to cancel orders that have not been paid for within 5 working days.
4. Transport of goods to the Buyer
If the amount in the shopping cart exceeds €100, the goods will be delivered to you free of charge within Estonia.
It is possible to choose between two modes of transport for the delivery of goods:
Smartpost parcel machine, which has a fixed price of €3.90 (smaller products, maximum package size 60x36x60 cm);
DPD courier service, which is fixed at €11 (all products).
5. Product selection and delivery
We usually ship the products in the Haamer & Viil OÜ e-store stock within 3 working days. The service provider then delivers the goods: DPD courier (delivery in Estonia usually within 2-3 working days) or Itella Smartpost (delivery in Estonia usually within 2 days).
If it takes more time to post the goods, we will inform you of this via a separate e-mail.
6. Cancellation of order
The buyer has the right to return the standard product purchased from the Haamer & Viil OÜ e-store (see point 5) unused and undamaged and in the original packaging to us within 14 days. If the package is unopened and the product is correct, we will return the money paid. The shipping cost of the ordered goods will not be refunded.
To cancel an order, please send an e-mail to info@annelitammik.com stating the name of the ordered goods, the invoice number, the date of payment and the reason for the return.
We will return the money within 14 days at the latest, after returning and inspecting the goods, to the same account from which the order was originally paid for.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond to the one ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the item, whichever occurs first.
